This photo blitz was taken just outside my apartment and along the quiet suburban street nearby. I wanted to capture the things I see every day, and capture the mundanity of everyday life. Of the twenty photos I took a decided to showcase these five.

It was a beautiful day when these were taken, and the crisp blue sky and fluffy white clouds helps to enhance a lot of these images. I think the staircase photo is probably the weakest of the bunch, had I tried for a more interesting angle I think it could have been cool, but as it stands right now its just kind of boring. The two flower photos as well feel a little flat.

The photo of the grassy lawn and street is my favorite of the bunch. I like the contrast between the green grass, blue sky, and dark street. The white car that really pops out from the trees and asphalt. I also like the side profile of my apartment building I think the angle creates an interesting division of the field between the building and everything else.
